Contraindications: • Under the age of 18 years old. • Currently pregnant or breastfeeding. • Have an active infection/on antibiotics. • Have an upcoming surgery scheduled in the next 4 weeks. • Anyone with an autoimmune disorder, taking immunosuppressive drugs, or undergoing chemotherapy (Please consult with your physician for clearance prior to booking). • Have taken Accutanein in the past 12 months. • Have used Lash enhancement serums in the last 6 months. (Eyeliner specific) •The use of Lash Extensions within 7 days of scheduled appointment. (Eyeliner specific) • Have had lip injections in the last 4 weeks. (Lip blushing specific) • Have had botox, chemical peel, laser, or skin resurfacing in the last 4 weeks? • Allergic to lidocaine. • Are prone to keloid. •Have previous work from another artist without getting prior approval. After your appointment is booked, be sure to read through and sign off on the waivers to be fully informed and prepared for your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is taken upon booking, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment. I take cash, card, zelle, or venmo. A 48 hour notice is required to make any changes to your appointment. Any cancellations after that will result in the loss of your $50 deposit, and you will be charged 20% of your appointment (due before you can reschedule). No-shows will result in the loss of your $50 deposit and will be charged 50% off the appointment (due before you may reschedule). All deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. Canceling the appointment or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment results in losing your $50 deposit and being required to pay a new one for the next appointment!
